1. General Information and Acceptance of Risk
By purchasing, receiving, accessing, or using any products or services provided by us, including but not limited to dog treats, subscriptions, deliveries, websites, mobile platforms, communications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge, understand, and expressly agree to all terms set forth in this Disclaimer.
You further acknowledge that ownership, handling, feeding, and interaction with animals inherently involves risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, allergic reactions, choking, behavioral reactions, or death of an animal, and you voluntarily assume all such risks.
2. No Veterinary, Medical, or Nutritional Advice
All information provided by the Company, whether written, verbal, digital, or otherwise, is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute veterinary, medical, nutritional, or professional advice.
You acknowledge and agree that:
The Company is not a licensed veterinarian or veterinary nutritionist.
You are solely responsible for consulting with a licensed veterinarian regarding your dog’s dietary needs, allergies, medical conditions, age, size, breed, and health status before feeding any treat or product.
Reliance on any information provided by the Company is strictly at your own risk.
3. Product Use and Responsibility
You expressly agree that:
All treats and products are fed at your sole discretion and risk.
You are solely responsible for proper supervision of your dog during consumption.
You are responsible for determining whether any product is suitable for your dog, including consideration of choking hazards, allergies, sensitivities, and dietary restrictions.
The Company does not guarantee that any product will be safe, tolerated, effective, or beneficial for any specific dog.
4. Allergies, Sensitivities, and Adverse Reactions
The Company makes reasonable efforts to disclose ingredients; however:
Cross-contamination may occur during sourcing, preparation, packaging, or distribution.
The Company disclaims all liability for allergic reactions, sensitivities, digestive issues, illness, injury, or death resulting from the use or consumption of any product.
You assume full responsibility for monitoring your dog before, during, and after consumption.
5. Shipping, Delivery, and Handling
The Company is not responsible for:
Delays, damage, loss, theft, spoilage, or contamination occurring after shipment, including issues caused by carriers, weather, theft, or improper storage after delivery.
Any consequences arising from delayed, missed, incorrect, or unattended deliveries.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon shipment unless otherwise required by Maryland law.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Maryland law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Veterinary bills
Property damage
Loss of use
Emotional distress
Loss of companionship
Loss of profits or business
Death or injury of an animal
arising out of or related to the use of the Company’s products or services, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
If liability is found notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company’s total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Company for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to:
Your use or misuse of the products or services
Your dog’s behavior, health, or actions
Any violation of this Disclaimer or applicable law
8. No Warranties
All products and services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or quality.
The Company does not warrant that products will meet your expectations or be uninterrupted, error-free, or risk-free.
9. Compliance With Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances, including those of the State of Maryland, regarding pet ownership, feeding, handling, and safety.
10. Severability
If any provision of this Disclaimer is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
11. Governing Law and Venue
This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located within Maryland.

By purchasing, receiving, or using the Company’s products or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Disclaimer in full.
