At PawPackz, your pet’s safety is our highest priority. However, we want to clarify our responsibilities and limitations regarding the use of our products and shipping practices.
1. Choking Hazards & Injuries
- Product Use: All treats and toys are designed with general safety in mind, but every pet is unique. It is the owner’s responsibility to assess whether a product is suitable for their pet based on its size, chewing habits, and activity level.
- Supervision Required: We strongly recommend supervising your dog during treat consumption or playtime with any toy to prevent potential injuries, choking, or ingestion of non-edible materials.
- Disclaimer of Liability:
- PawPackz is not liable for any injuries, choking incidents, allergic reactions, or harm caused by the use or misuse of our products.
- Products are provided as-is, and while we ensure the highest quality, we cannot guarantee the absence of risks inherent to pet products.
2. Damaged Boxes or Products in Transit
- Shipping Precautions: We take extensive care in packaging our products to minimize the risk of damage during transit. However, external factors beyond our control, such as mishandling by the shipping carrier, can sometimes cause damage.
- Customer Responsibility: Upon receiving the package, inspect it for visible damage. If the box or its contents are damaged upon arrival:
- Take photographs of the damaged box/products immediately.
- Notify us within 7 days at JonathanBeach@pawpackz.com, including the photos and your order number.
- Resolution Options:
- If the damage is verified, I will replace the affected item(s) or issue a refund at our discretion.
- PawPackz is not liable for damages caused after delivery, including storage or mishandling by the customer.
3. Suitability of Products
- Owner's Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to select products appropriate for their pet. Information about product size, durability, and recommended use is provided to assist with these decisions.
- Material Durability: No toy or treat is indestructible. Products may wear or break depending on your pet’s chewing strength and play style. Regularly inspect toys and discontinue use if they show signs of damage.
4. Limitation of Liability
- General Disclaimer: Under no circumstances will PawPackz be held liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to injuries, illness, or property damage.
- State-Specific Laws: Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain liabilities. In such cases, the above limitations may not apply to you.

Return Policy for PawPackz
At PawPackz I am committed to providing top-quality treats and toys for your furry friend. If you’re not completely satisfied, I'm here to help!
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Incorrect Orders: If you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
- Allergy or Safety Concerns: If your dog has an unexpected reaction to a treat, we’ll work with you to find a suitable replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened treats, used toys, or items outside the return window.
Refunds and Replacements
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable), we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Replacements: If you prefer a replacement for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we’ll send it free of charge.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- If canceled before your next billing date, no further charges will apply.
- If canceled after the billing date, the current month's shipment will proceed, but no further shipments will be charged.
Return Process
- Contact us at JonathanBeach@pawpackz.com or 443-822-6004 with your order number and issue.
- If eligible, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label for returns.
- Pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.
